What you need

  • Calendly or HubSpot meetings
  • email workflow

When it runs

A sales call is booked.

Steps

  1. Add a workflow that emails the invitee right after booking.
  2. Ask one question about the outcome they want.
  3. Copy their reply into the CRM deal before the call.
  4. Open the call by confirming that goal.

Prompt or template to copy

(Template) Thanks for booking. So the call is useful: what is the one thing you want to solve? A line is plenty.

Why this usually works

Why it worksKnowing the goal before the call means less time on discovery and more on their problem.

What to watch for

Watch forKeep it to one question; a long form before a call lowers show rates.
