Steps
- After each booked meeting, check if it was marked as a no-show.
- The bot drafts a short note: no problem, here is a link to pick a new time.
- You read and send it. The bot does not send on its own.
- Only one follow-up per no-show.
- Log it so nobody gets two.
What worked / what failed
WorkedA short, friendly note got better replies than a long one.
WorkedOne follow-up only kept it from feeling pushy.
Failed, then fixedThe bot once drafted for a meeting that was cancelled, not missed. It now checks the cancel status first.
