What you need

Inventory for a product variant changes.

In Shopify Flow, start from the "Inventory quantity changed" trigger.
Add a condition: new quantity is below your reorder level and the previous quantity was at or above it.
Send a Slack message with product name, variant, quantity and a link to the product admin page.
Keep the reorder level as a product metafield so each item can have its own.

(No AI step.) Message: "Low stock: {product} / {variant} is at {qty}. Reorder level {level}. {admin link}"

Why it worksChecking the previous quantity means you get one alert when it crosses the line, not one per sale.
