Watch competitor pages for changes

Steps

1. List 3 to 10 pages: pricing, main offer, reviews.
2. Once a week, the bot saves a copy of each page's text.
3. It compares with last week and lists only real changes.
4. Price changes and new offers go at the top.
5. If nothing changed, it says so in one line.
