What you need
- Calendly buffers
- Google Calendar
When it runs
A meeting gets booked on your calendar.
Steps
- In each Calendly event type, set a buffer after the event (Event settings > Buffer times).
- In Google Calendar settings, turn on "speedy meetings" so new events end a few minutes early.
- Block a recurring 30-minute "catch-up" slot after your longest meeting day.
- At week end, check whether you still ran late, and lengthen buffers where you did.
AI step
(No AI step.)
Why this usually works
Why it worksBuffers absorb overruns, so one long call does not push every meeting after it.
What to watch for
Watch forMeetings other people book on your calendar directly skip Calendly buffers; decline or move them by hand.
