Steps
- Pick a fixed time on weekdays, for example 7am.
- The bot reads its own logs, your project tools and new email from the last 24 hours.
- It writes three short sections: Shipped, Broke, Needs you.
- Keep it under ten lines. Links go at the end.
- If nothing needs you, it says so in one line instead of padding.
What worked / what failed
WorkedThe 'Needs you' section became the only part we had to act on.
WorkedA hard length limit kept it readable on a phone.
Failed, then fixedWithout a length limit it grew into a report nobody read.
