   Steps

   1. +Added: Decide which bots are 'nice to have' (reply bots) and which must keep running.
   2. +Added: When memory is low two checks in a row, pause the nice-to-have bots.
   3. +Added: Send one message saying they are paused and why.
   4. +Added: Do not keep messaging while they stay paused.
   5. +Added: Resume when memory is back to normal for a while.
