When it runs
A refund is created in Stripe.
Steps
- Trigger Zapier on "New Refund".
- Add a row with date, product, amount and the refund reason you entered in Stripe.
- Make entering a reason part of your refund routine.
- On the first of the month, sort by product and read the reasons together.
Prompt or template to copy
Optional: "Group these refund reasons and suggest one product page or onboarding change for the top group."Why this usually works
Why it worksRefund reasons point straight at unclear pages and broken expectations.
What to watch for
Watch forA blank reason makes the row useless; never refund without writing one.
