   Steps

   1. +Added: List every bot and what 'healthy' looks like for it (last run time, last result).
   2. +Added: Once an hour, the checker reads each bot's last run.
   3. +Added: If a bot has not run when it should have, or failed twice, it goes on the list.
   4. +Added: Send you one message with only the problem bots.
   5. +Added: If all are healthy, send nothing.
