Steps

1. After each change, the bot adds one line: date, time, title, one sentence.
2. Only true entries. No plans dressed up as launches.
3. Show the newest first on a /log page.
4. Also publish it as JSON so agents can read it.
5. Link to it from posts when you share progress.
